The LVEF mission is to create and/or support quality educational opportunities for students and teachers K-12 in Public School Districts.

Sustainable revenue is one of the key goals for LVEF so that we can maintain a level of funding to maintain quality education for our students year after year.

LVEF believes in partnerships with our schools' PFC/As, ASB's, and counseling departments to that directed gifts can support the programs and services identified as having the greatest impact for our students and teachers.

The LVEF WASC accredited Summer School program expanded in 2012, adding high schools in other public school districts in California. This program gave over $300,000 to education in those districts.

Funding to LVUSD included:

  • Professional teacher development by sending elementary, middle, and high school teachers to the Model Schools Conference, which focuses on techniques and methods for 21st Century and Common Core Learning.
  • The College Application & Acceptance Program (CAAP). This program is offered FREE to all LVUSD 8th-12th grade students/families. It helps families how to find, apply to, and pay for college.  For more information, visit our Home page.
  • Lindero Canyon Middle School Students' Arts awards
